    A file transfer exports required data for upload into the Who’s Where system.


  • If an employee works in more than one location, how would you aggregate their data?

    Many payroll companies only track ID numbers, which won’t allow you to track an employee working at more than one location. Who’s Where tracks employees using Social Security Number, which makes it easy to manage employees working in two or more locations.


  • Can you handle locations that have different pay frequencies and pay cycles?

    Absolutely. As an example, a school location may have teachers on contract who get paid monthly or semi-monthly as well as office workers who get paid bi-weekly. You may even have the same category of employees getting paid on various pay periods and pay cycles. Who’s Where can handle multiple pay periods and pay frequencies, regardless of how many variations exist within a location.
